Email Issue

We send a daily email to all our members but one of them is receiving it twice even though his details are in our system once. Has anyone come across this problem before?

Could be a second email from a second account that is forwarded. But I'm guessing.

We've checked that and only one member is receiving duplicate emails, so we are at a loss as to why this is happening. Thanks anyway.

It is probably a configuration issue with the member's email rather than a problem with your sendmail. For example, say the guy registered with a throwaway hotmail address just for your site, but wants the mail forwarded to his gmail address so he can get it on his phone, and forwarded to his primary address so he can read it at home. If he has forwarding from the gmail account to his primary address as well, he will receive two copies at his primary address. This is just one of many scenarios of where a member can end up with duplicates due to no fault of the board.
