Been trying to get help for a year

I have vbpicgallery on my forum, about a year ago it stopped allowing anyone to upload photos, the timer wheel just spins endlessly. I have tried emailing and sending PM's here on the forum for the past year but can't get a reply. Is this product no longer supported? Am I missing something?

Well, you have only been registered for a few days.
