Sorry I forgot to upload the picture. How do you upload a picture?
It is uploaded here but you may need to zoom in to get a view of it.

Yeah that freaking helps.

Image is too low res to fully ID it but yeah you circled some resistors.

Soldering on that board would be nearly impossible for an end user unless you've got some access to some very nice equipment. There's at least 3 layers to the board and with my capacitor experiences it's very very hard.

I've seen some tear down reports on the boards but you have to find the same revisions..

From the looks of that board it's probably not a 3 layer board. It appears to be a mainboard for a Sony Playstation PS3, not a computer motherboard. From the look of the layout of the rest of the board it appears that those resistors are wave soldered though, and will be a real pain to replace. I'd get it professionally repaired if I were you.

DUH... yeah, it's a PS3 mainboard. I guess I would have known that without studying it if I had read the freaking name of the picture that was linked

The motherboard acts as the connection point where major computer components are attached. It holds many of the crucial components of the system like the processor, memory, expansion slots and connects directly or indirectly to every part of the PC.
