upgrading problem!!!

i was upgrading my forums, i uploaded the all the files, changed config.php and edited.

i typed [url]http://(my[/url] website url)/install/upgrade.php

and it gave me this error

Is there a new config.php for what you are upgrading to?

yes there is new config.php ( it was first config.php.new and i renamed it to config.php since it told me to.) old one isn't there, only the new one..

Did you fill it out with the information from the old config.php?
