Well so much for converting him over. After he buy's a license from Nop, there'd be $14.00 left over to pay for the conversion utility. I know Nop well enough not to ask him to code a utility for $14.00

Thanks for pointing that out about the pricing. The bold red On Sale caught my eye and I didn't look much further. I'll point that out to my client.

On a side note, Nop, why does the "Powered by vBPicGallery" link at the bottom of your gallery's main page take you to the RI home page? Doesn't make much sense... should take you to the Purchase vBGallery thread.

I feel bad now, feel like I took business away from noppid. That wasn't my intention at all.

I am glad that I could point out the upgrade pricing, and clear that up though.

I have often wondered about the link going to RI myself, just never thought to ask.

I'm sure it doesn't hurt Nop's feelings. Even at $89.00 (less $25 for the license = $64) he probably wouldn't have wanted to write a conversion utility. I might could have gotten him to convert this one system by hand, but what good is that? If I really wanted it bad enough I could hand convert it myself I'm sure... but I'm not interested in doing it for that amount of coin either.

One of these days he'll get around to a conversion utility and start taking PhotoPost customers away en-mass, which was really what my original question was, is there a plan for an impex style conversion utility, and it appears that the answer was no.
