border need around nav area

It look's to me like this site has nice thin borders around the..

How would I make this happen?

I hope I'm not being too much of a pest. I am just very new at all this.

The may have bumped the up to 2 px. It's good contrast too.

OK... I will try that, where is it man??? lol

That would be for the GK board as there seems to be only 3 sides with a small border see http://gk43forum.com

Now look at my CM site, there is nice borders (I don';t know how they got there?) but does the TOP nav border look like it might be a tad thicker than the bottom one??? or is it me? http://corvettemechanic.com

It's you. The borders look fine to me on your CM site's navbar

They forgot to add a border to the top of the top navbar on the GK board.

I'm not sure how it got stuck up there, no, lol... when in default, the cat description is in that bar, but detached. I don't even use that anymore. I use the H1 and H2 tags for forum description
