Permission for guest

so. when you visit the site it says that you have to register. well you can still view the forums, but i need guest to be able to see the home page as well..

i cant get the notice to go away and when they visit it displays the home page instead of the forums..

does that make any sense to anyone??

Did anyone modify your guest permissions? Is the forum set active?

Just edit permissions for Guests & donot allow them to view Forum
