Avast Anti Virus

I just dumped Avg as it was so slow. So now I have Avast. Will it start the scan automatically,or is it a manual start Thank you.

Have you looked in the configuration? You can usually schedule it or manually launch it.

Thanks for the help Greg it's now on auto start.
