Yes this is some kind of wireless, WIFI connection hijacking. I don't know how it gets though, with the firewall up... but they are not full proof. I use a switch, (brand, 'lynksys'), not a router, and have 4 available IP's for 4 PC's.
It does not happen at all on my 2 home PC's.
Turns out my cable connection was somehow shut down on my laptop, and I was login into a WIFI when this hijacking occurs with the phony comcast page wanting me download an executable file.
When I called comcast today, we figured it out, and they stated no way they send pages or files like that.
It's amazing computers run at all, they are so complex.
