Return of the King

what can I say other then this is the most incredible movie I have ever seen.the effects are outstanding -the acting superb and there is more action then you can imagine.this will be the movie all future sci-fi/adventure movies will be judged by -if this does not win movie of the year something is very very wrong.while a couple of things are not as they are in the book ,the movie still stayed very true to it.this movie is the best of the three and worth every cent.do yourself a favor and see this one on the largest screen you can in a Dolby digital theater.

I agree completely. This trilogy is the greatest accomplishment in movie picture history.

It's extremely rare when a movie that is created from the writings of a book can bring characters and places to life in the way that LOTR has. There's almost always something about the movie that isn't quite how you pictured it when reading the book. LOTR is the exception for me. EVERYTHING is exactly how I imagined it when I first read these books -- No, it's BETTER that I ever imagined. Peter Jackson is a true genius and, like the movie(s), deserves an Academy Award for creating cinematic history.

The books have become legendary and now the movies will, too.
