for those that are interested to know,,ill be making a trip to Southern CA to deliver some kitty cats,,when i get back,,ill post some pics from the organization that will be taking them in,,it should be around 28 cats,,,both kittens and adults,,any body interested in adopting any,,let me know,,and ill get you the information,,

on the bad side,,we had a kitten die here a hour ago,,she was only about 4 weeks old,,before i start on my drive,,i have to take her to the vet for an autopsy,,

soon ill be posting our articles for the awsbc here,,i believe that last year we did 927 adoptions ,,thats pretty good for a small organization,,,we work mainly out of petsmarts luvapet center,,,and the organization is nonprofit,,,we bought some land(5 acres) to build a no-kill facility/shelter,,,hopefully when some grants come in we will beable to get it up and running,,

for anybody interested in reading some of our past articles,,you can find them at the bandera review,,,(i think its at www.banderareview.com),,,if you look hard enough,,you can find me in the sherrifs report!!!but if your just looking for animal stuff,,just look for the AWSBC articles,,,

Well i made the trip,,it was long and tiring,,but we delivered over 20 kitties to Ca for adoption,,they went to the Hellen Woodward organization,,,in San Diego,CA,,,6-9 of them made the news ,,,(not sure since i cant get SD channels here in TX),,but all of them were spayed or neutered,,and will be going to good homes soon ,,,

we made the trip in less than 3 days,,,1241 miles each way,,,it was rough but worth it,,

our site has been updated,,,so those that want to check it out,,were still at www.awsbc.org ,,,you can also find the hellen woodward foundation on google,,though they still dont have our kitties up on their site,,they should have them up soon,,,

anybody who wants to donate to the AWSBC or the Hellen Woodward Foundation,,there are links at each site,,,they are both non profit organizations,,and the AWSBC needs the donations more than the Hellen Woodward Foundation does,,but they are both well deserving,,the AWSBC is trying to build a no-kill facility here in Bandera County,,we have 5 acres to build on,,and are looking for grants to support it,,or a very large donation,,,we are a 501c.3 organization,,so it will be a tax write off for yall,,,,
