Hello,
This is my fist post and I hope you can find a solution to my problem, OK this is my problem I have a Vbulletin forum and I have added the Arabic language to it but the name don’t show see the attached pic
this is what I get after setting the language to Arabic.

My setting for the language is windows-1256 and I really don’t understand
it’s working for everyone in the world except me.
