Still Problems :(

It does not seem to restart anymore but wat will happen is my screen will like repeat itself for like 5 seconds and then my monitor goes into stand by i think (cause the monitor button flashes) but my computer seems to be fine.

Please help yet again :)

I think at this point I'd try a known good video card and see if the system stabilizes. If it does and you're sure the drivers and bios are current, then you probably have a bad video card.

Seeing as i do have an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro...that would be may last resort cause i love this video card. I might take it in to the place ma dad bought it from (cause its under warranty anyways) and see if they know whats going on.

again could be a power issue too -I have seen computers do some very strange things when under powered(and I have worked on thousands of them).the longer you run it with not enough power the worse it will get(it will also run hotter)

Well i checked my power supply and it said total output 500w so that is not an issue (i think)

but as for today.........
MY COMP HAS NOT ACTED STRANGE :)

hopefully the bios changes i made helped (fastwrite)
