Leaving comments not working after vBupgrade

Hello!

I have recently upgraded from vBulletin 3.6.8 up to 3.8.4 PL1.

Now my users are reporting that the can not post comments on existing vBpicgallery albums. I created a new test album to try and post comments in, but nothing happens when the submit button is pushed.

Do i need to upgrade my vbpicgallery software? What is a possible fix for this? I do not want to lose all my member's existing photos, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

That is a big jump on vBulletin. What version of vBPicGallery do you have? Look s like 10.0.5. We're at 10.7.6 PL2. So I'd say yes, an upgrade is necessary.

Thank you for your lightning fast response. Indeed we put off upgrading vBulletin for quite a while but figured its time to get current.

I purchased vbPicgallery back in March of 2008. Do i need to pay to upgrade? If not, where can i get access to the latest version of vbPicgallery?

Thanks for the info. I have purchased access to download the latest version. Now to do some reading about how to upgrade... :)

You have a bit of reading to do, yes. But, you should be able to get there OK. Just make sure you backup your database and images folder (if you store in the filesystem).
