I have been using Microsoft Office XP (Word). Word has worked flawless from the start..........today I went to type a letter and it will not let me.........I get this message at the bottom "This command is not available because the document is locked for edit"

Now it does this on a new word doc as well as on word doc I have created.........I think that I locked it some way and don't know how to unlock it.......!!!!

Anyone know how to fix this.........it is driving me crazy!!!!

Thanks!!!!
