Broken Image Issue

Hey,
I was hoping for some help with an issue I am having with my vbulletin.
If you visit my forum at forums.themobileninjas.com you will notice that the first couple forums have broken image icons beside the forum name. I have no idea how to fix this. Anyone know what i need to do?

Also the forum doesnt have a proper 404 setup on it. I have no idea what this is but how would i go about doing implementing this?

I'd say the images don't exist. But you have to fix the not found (404) redirect issue first. Check the .htaccess file to fix that.
