Hi Guys,
We are running vBPicGallery 4.3.5 on our vBulletin 3.5.3 forum and have started to experience problems since our recent migration to a new server/host.
All of the existing members galleries and pics moved over OK, but now whenever anyone uploads a new image to their gallery it just comes up with a red "X".
See the example here, which I have just tried to upload:

Can anyone please assist in fixing this problem?
Thank you :)
That version of vBPicGallery is so old, I'm afraid that support is impractical at this time. You should consider upgrading.

Hi Greg,
That's OK ... can you please tell me how I would go about upgrading?
Thanks
Wayne :)
I don't even remember to be honest. I'll have to go through the read me files and see.
But my guess is a config error with a path. If all you did was move, that's all that could really break things. I'm sure it could be fixed, we just need to sort out the details of the move.

I am sure you are right, just unfortunately, I don't know where the upload path is set. If I did I could probably fix it. It certainly is not in the vBpicGallery options in the vB admin control panel.
Will the latest version of vBPicGallery work ok with our (ancient) version of vBulletin, which is 3.5.3? If so, it may just be easiest to purchase, download and install that.
By the way, nice looking bike you have there. I am more of a car fanatic myself but I always appreciate a good looking piece of machinery! :)
You need to find the vbpgconfig.php in the forums folder and edit it. That should be the fix.
I don't think the current version of the vBPicGallery will work with vB 3.5.

Yep, I had already edited that file with the new path. However, what I didn't do, was chmod the directory with 777. (as specified in the comments in the file).
I have just done that and the issue is now fixed. :D
Thanks for your help Greg
Glad it worked out.
Thanks!
