Knowing the tactics Dell use's, all customers will now be handled by their local 7/11 stores.

In reality Dave you know margins are computers are thin. What can the consumer expect when under $1000.00 buys you a Computer, OS, Printer, Camera and Software? Bad or no service most likely.
