These are the things that need to be considered for installing and using EZ NewsLetter. Some of them are redundant to vBulletin.
Sending Email
The MailServer you send mail through, it's OS, and connection information (IP).
(EZ NewsLetter can connect to many different type mail servers and services.)
The PHP Version.
The mail server emails sent per hour limit or the emails sent per hour your domain is limited to.
The email account and login information to be used as the email sender.
The email address that the reply to emails will go to if not the same as the above.
(Both email addresses should be in the same domain in the best case scenario. Using two email addresses sends bounces to the sending account and reply messages to the reply to email account avoiding clutter.)
vBulletin
What version of vBulletin are you running? On older version of vBulletin there may be two template edits instead of just one.
