CaRP RSS on Pages You Host On 3rd Party (someone else's) Server

Is it possible to show CaRP RSS feeds on pages you create on someone else's server?

- I can edit the pages on the 3rd party host, but I can't install CaRP on the server since I don't have admin access.

- Can I install CaRP on MY server and then link to it from those other pages?

Carp will need to run as php locally as far as I know.

Sorry I couldn't even make a better suggestion. I use carp a lot, but it's all in my sites to pull and display as html.
