I have decided that this forum just isn't good enough to stay any longer.
It is too boring and lacks an administration out of touch with the ability to run it correctly. Of all forums I have been banned or resigned from, this one is the worst I have seen.
I decided to stay until I had reached 200 posts. This I have done.
Accordingly, I have decided to grace the presence of another forum who need help.


The Swagman kicks dirt onto the campfire embers, whistles up his dog Blue, shoulders his swag and hits the track.

Just kidding Swagman. Listen, I know you've been in contact with at least three staff members reagarding your vision for this board... and all of them have told you the same thing... this is not a social board. It never has been, it never will be. It is a support board. Period.

Noppid maintains this board to support his popular vbPicGallery. We do a bang up job of helping with sometimes complicated computer issues when they arise, and we are always able to take both server side and application side application issues to the mat for anybody who needs that kind of help if it's within our expertise.

I've already mentioned a sandbox site that I try to keep breathing that could use somebody like you, and would get a lot more response than you get here... but you either dismissed it or missed it altogether. Surprisingly, some of the people that hang out here in a professional manner hang out there in more of a soical manner. PM me if you are as lost as I know you are.

Yeah, I thought I was pretty clear that while I welcomed your efforts, the folks that come here come for a reason and get back to work.

There was a time when we had a little niche of folks that talked socially. But that moved on to more private means of communication due to the personal nature of most of the conversations. Some still visit even if they don't post.

What I do with computers now is different than when the site started too. The general computer help stuff used to be the feature, but now the site is about the photo gallery. I have two more products coming too, so the computer stuff will likely move down and the software projects and programming stuff up.
