Mate a person's birthday shouldn't be mandatory. You need to change that to options

Like I was alluding to in the other thread where we were discussing this, tone down your rules a bit to get started. Err on the side of leniancy, and tighten up as you see a need.

Your goal is to build membership. You've got a living, breathing board. You can control what's going down on a day by day basis. It's not like the rules are set in concrete the day you open the doors.

Be a bit flexible at first, find out where your members are heading, and make adjustments frome there. The sky's the limit bud. Don't clamp down so hard that nobody will visit.

Well after you said that you got rid of that 'copy the letters' junk, I tried to re join.
The junk is still there and it still won't work for me.
Imagine how many new prospective members are going to get crapped off the first time it fails.
Until it is gone, I wouldn't try joining again Tandy.

It should have been gone Swag but for some reason I just checked and it was still up. I must have forgot to hit save.. Should be gone now.. Let me know if it is not.. I will have to go though the manual if it is not.. LOL..

bigH2O I'm going to be working on that in a few.. I have been working on the styles. I been try to make new ones as I take the downloaded ones off.. I tell you that is a pain in the ass. But I now have the Default one, a Red one and a Black one. I going to try to make a tan/ Brown one later today..

I have a PDF of my setting should I attach it here so you guys can check it out incase I have something messed up with it. It is 2.09mb that is 122pages??

No Tandy, there are still heaps of problems over there mate.
All these things that are optional are coming up as mandatory

A required field called Real First Name is missing or has an invalid value.
A required field called Real Last Name is missing or has an invalid value.
A required field called Location is missing or has an invalid value.

However that word lettering junk has gone.

I just made them not required... Man this is becoming more and more of a pain in thee ass..LOL..

Tandy, you need to take a look at the avatar selection now. It isn't allowing an avatar from one's own file.
Also there is no signature picture facility, just a written signature.

Getting late here and I'm off to bed. See you tomorrow mate.
