The new Fedora project which replaced the Redhat Series of Linux distrobutions has released it's first Distro.
The ISO's can be found at ftp://ftp.uninett.no/pub/linux/Fedora/core/1/i386/iso/.
I replaced my RH9 install with Fedora today and found the install to go perfect. I was up and running again in just about 3 hours. The install looks very much like the RH9 install except for the new Fedora colors of Navy Blue and Grey. There is no hat till you get to the bluecurve desktop where there is a red fedora as the start button.
I found the pico editor to be missing from this distro and I was pretty used to it's simplicity. :( Other then that moving my iptables firewall/router and setting up my eggdrop bots went just fine.
