the story is about the way the money is being spent and nothing is being done -not about weather or not the people of Iraq are glad to be free of Sadaam.geesh -I would think you would at least read it first ;) ...lol
the fact that Gorege gave the job to a company of his choice without fist taking bids-is borderline criminal.then add to it the fact that nothing has been done-and it is criminal.the reason given for giving out these jobs without taking bids was that there was not enough time-well I think a year is more then enough time .......
