Dell Latitude D830 Keyboard Problem

When I'm typing my cursor frequently goes back to the last place I clicked the mouse. I then have to bring the cursor to where I am currently typing by clicking, which then makes this the new location the cursor will default to.

I looked in control panel under keyboard, but found nothing. Any suggestions?
