I have vbpicgallery installed and have a coupl of problems with it. Firstly it is failing to upload the images correctly it gives me an 'Failed to write uploaded file to server temp directory' error message. i have followed the installation instructions to the letter but still it's not working.
And a slightly smaller problem is that neither the edit or delete buttons are showing up (just giving me red x's but the .gif files are there??
Any help would be much appreciated

Forgot to add it's vbPiGallery 10.0.5 r2 on vbulletin 3.6.9
IS this a new install or an upgrade of vbpicgallery?

It's a new install
Ask your host to set up a temp directory on the server. This has never come up before, so they will have to play the part of host and make it work, I don't have any suggestions at this time.
Can you give me access to a phpinfo.php page?

We host on our own server, there is a 'tmp' directory on there, will speak to the guy that does all the server side stuff to get access set up for you. php is still quite new to me, is that the only page you need access to?
Well, the phpinfo will have clues perhaps and maybe all I can look at for now. If you have a guy, he may fix ya right up.
Here's a clue for him. http://www.php.net/manual/en/ini.core.php#ini.upload-tmp-dir

See here for php info: http://www.mk3oc.org/test.php
One thing I have found for the images is that they are looking at our.com name instead of .org. But it's looking there for all images in the /forum/images/misc folder and i can't find the setting to change that.

Yeah, the vbpicgallery.php says it is. However, we have had many upgrades since than and you will have to upgrade before we can troubleshoot.
