I am currently using vBulletin to manage my users on http://usacarry.com. I want to add a feature to where they could enter which permits they have and the date they expire. And then the system would send out reminders that I set one time, (6 month, 3 month, 1 month, 2 week, 1 week). So the page could simply display their permits and when they expire if they looked at it form their account. You could add a permit, it would have a drop down to select a state( if they already selected a state then it wouldn't be in the list of available), another dropdown to select whether it is a resident or out-of-state permit (if one resident is already selected then they can no longer select another resident, only out-of-state would be available), and then a date chooser to pick when it expired. Maybe a date when they received it but would be optional.
