The error is telling us that the image does not have a valid image database entry. I need a login to try it out and see if there are any messages I can catch.

Oh man, don't worry. You need a full upgrade. That is so out of date, it's not supportable on vBulletin 3.6.8.

You need to re-up your downloads and do a full upgrade. Make sure you do backups before you do anything.
