Could you have settings too strict in like a norton security or like that?

Maybe you need to login under administrator and give others access to the CP?

There is some malware out right now that does exactly that. Google for "No access to CP" or the specific error message, and you will get loads of info.

your computer is making unauthorized copies of your system and internet files. Run full scan now to prevent any unathorised access to your files! Click YES to download spyware remover...

Notice how unathorised is misspelled this is actually how it is spelled in the security alert.. funny huh.. HELP SOMONE IS WATCHING ME

Don't download from that link it's a virus meant to trick you into downloading a fake anti-spyware application that then charges to "remove" a virus, when it actually does nothing.

Go to www.filehippo.com and download Adware Personal Edition & AVG anti-virus. Both are free, run the scans and clean out the junk.

A buddy of mine had something similar and I wound up having to run a batch script in safe mode. I forgot where I got the info from but when you run the scans it will tell you the virus's name then search Google for <virus name> removal and you'll you plenty of information.

Sometimes its much easier to backup needed files to removable storage and reformat the drive and install the OS fresh.

Sounds like this could be your next option.

You need a bootable CD with AV I would bet then. But I don't know who offers a free one.

You prob will have to wipe the drive like Zero said but try this . Do a System Restore in Safemode .
