So the sponsors on the left, the "ads by yahoo" banner in the middle at the top, the navigation on the home page & ads switching the the right side at home are all just style changes?:confused:

Oh, well the columns are custom for forum home, forum display and showthread.

I forgot how I did it, but it is xhtml validated unlike most I've seen. Or it used to be anyway, I may have added bad code since. :p

The ypn ads are hacked into each template by hand.

Have you thought about validating it and selling it as a skin? I suspect with time and effort I can find the same features and install them, but would I love this as an off the shelf hack.
