Is there any way to display the latest Vbpic gallery images on non Vb pages like a normal html page using the rss feed?

If you know the img url and allow hotlinking, just put the url in an image tag.

If you want to pull from the gallery with queries for the latest or random, you need to connect to the vB backend.
