Quick comment about disabled comments

I have disabled comments in the ACP.

Shouldn't the grid at the bottom of vbpicgallery.php be hidden?

The users are not allowed to create comments but it seems like the grid should be hidden if the setting is set to no.

We leave the grid viewable because sometimes comments already exist to view even though new ones can not be posted.

Seemed like the thing to do at the time IIRC.
