Pre sales question - can I change some of the required fields?

To create a gallery on this site I have the year make model, subject and Type fields under gallery title. Can these fields be changed?

My site is an outdoors, camping, hiking, hunting and gardening forum. So can I change the gallery title required fields to something that fits my forum needs?

Yes, you edit phrases. There are a few threads how to do it around here somewhere.
