I really wanted to go to this, but couldn't get the time off of work to drive down to New Orleans from Toronto. Have a great time, and let me know how it was.

Sounds cool. My employer is actually paying for me to be in New Orleans for a few days, but I will miss this event by a couple of weeks... I guess the UF/LSU game and the usual Bourbon Street routine will have to do.

We actually have to do the "Trick or Treating" thing with the kids Friday night, and then we are going to head that way, either late Fri Night/early Sat morning or around 6am Sat morn. Not sure yet.

But if you need a ride.....my car has 4 seats, you are more than welcome to come along:)

AJ, thanks for the offer but I was joking--somehow it seemed a lot more hilarious after staying up half the night drinking beer than it does now. Texas is not on the way:D . I would like to go though. If I am able maybe we can hook up in NO.

AJ, we were in N/O but could not get free. I gave our tickets to my daughter and her friends. It was probably better for her-31st was her birthday-to not have the old man around! Wish you would have told me you were still on, we could have had a beer or 50!

I know..I know.....but the wifey had her hopes up so much then a certain person (cough cough) backed out, so instead of letting her down, we let Bank One finance the trip for us:(
