Hello all. My Name is Nick Trask. I run a vBulletin forum, called: IAWBody.com. It's basically a car enthusiasts forum basically targeted at W-Body owners/enthusiasts.

I came on board here to soak up all the knowledge you guys have to offer. Because I will need A LOT of it.

I'm also very interested in the vBPicGallery I see everyone talking about everywhere.

Hiya Nick. Good to see you made it over here. The vBPicGallery is THE best gallery available for vBulletin. The $ is well worth it.

What's a W-Body?

It's a car. To be more exact you can define "body's" as:

W-body:
Pontiac Grand Prix, se, GT, GTP, GTX
Chevy Monte Carlo, SS, LTZ, Z-34
Chevy Impala, LS, LT, SS
Chevy Lumina, Z-34, LTZ
Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme
Buick Regal, LS, GS
Buick Park Avenue
Buick Riviera

And I believe the Oldsmobile Aurora is a W-Body....not sure....

F-Body
Chevy Camaro, RS, Z-28, SS
Pontiac Firebird, WS-6, Formula
Chevy Corvette

J-Body
Chevy Cavalier
Chevy Beretta
Pontiac Sunbird
Pontiac Sunfire
Pontiac Bonneville

And the list goes on..... We mainly are a W-Body community. But we're also just a car enthusiasts site in general. There's a member who has a Mustang...or I should say....had a mustang. and so on...

I figured it was a car, I just never heard of it before.

I'm an A-Body guy myself... Mopar A-Bodys, that is. Darts, Dusters, early Barracudas, Demons. That sort of thing.

Nice. There's a guy around my neighborhood with a Duster that's wicked in the 1/4 mile. I always see him running it at Tristate Raceway in earlville, IA. FAST car.

Next race season I'm hoping to be in the 12's and have a trap speed around 110....now that would be fun....hehehe

hmm...I believe it's 10.99 or faster in the 1/4, and 13.99 and faster must wear a helmet....so I had to invest in one of those.

noppid - NHRA regs say you need a roll bar if you go 11.50 or faster.

Here's one of mine:

If you ever need any parts for that Mopar....drop me a line. My father has been into Mopars since the 60's and has a very exclusive muscle car graveyard new/used Mopar parts business.

If he doesnt have it....it hasnt been made or hes already sold it. :D

I assume the 1st video was a bracket race. and if so....NICE JOB...because the other guy needed to sandbag a little.....haha he broke out.
