Using the Subscription payment system

OK More confusion here.

I attempted to setup a subscription for a VIS Service, 1 month, limit 3 vehicles.... worded like this......

VIS Service Subscription
Car Fax helps you determine accidents, but having a VIS performed on your GM vehicle will give you the Repair History, if services were performed at a GM Dealership, not an outside shop. Buy a 1 month subscription with access to VIS, a 3 vehicle limit.

I did not see it show up in the Cpanel after?? Why is this? I would like members to only be able to buy it from their CPanel? (I checked off registered members)

1. Now where do I put this that members can subscribe to it?

2. How do I use the nocheck system like you are noppid? Do I need a CC business account?

3. Do I need a paypal VERIFIED account? I have been with paypal unfortunately for 6 years but my bank does no allow adding checking accounts, therefore have never been verified per say.

The subscription system pretty much just manages what people can do on your forum. If this service is a third party service, this is probably not what you want.

The subscription system can take money from paypal and a few other CC payment gateways. But you must have an account with them.

If the subscription system is enabled, your members should see a paid subscriptions link in the User CP.

what do I make first... the forum for it... or the subscription?

1. I also want the member to pay first before being allowed to even see the subscription area... is this possible with a password to the forum subscription?

2. If so how do I automatically give them the password after they have paid?
