vb logo gap

There is a gap.... under the top left logo, it is not in the HTML of the header, it is a <b /> code above something, possibly the forum, in a template somewhere. I want to bring it closer to the forum top and shorten that gap.

I did know where that was, but couldn't find my way back to it. Anyone know which template?

That is a common space people want to remove from the navbar. Good catch!
