any other R/C pilots in da house????

im still very much a n00b...but maybe i can help a bit on this topic

if there is any interest i can point ya in the right direction for trainer planes...and there are also a few software titles that you can purchase so you can learn to fly b4 you crash and burn a 500 dollar plane.....like i did!..LMAO

its no joke...when you buy your first plane....dont go out and think you can fly it in a day.....like i said...i learned the hard way!

I fly those things. I started with realFlight delux over the first winter that I got started and by the time I went to the field I could fly. It was only slightly diff than the sim. Landing is a bitch eh? :P

I started on RealFlight too. I was able to fly but was a bit nervous. Only prob was after I landed I drove the plane near me and had to jump over it as it was traveling faster than I had hoped :) The others at the field thought it was awefully funny for some reason :D

LMAO...I bet they did!

I havent tried Real Flight...I think that was the version that was a few hundred bucks and I said..."Ahhhhh hell I can do this myself!"

Needless to say I crashed my first plane pretty quick! But to my own defense it was an airleron linkage malfunction that caused my crash!
