Anyone out there actually using this yet? Got any pros and cons you can share?

We have it.

Cons...
If your cable gets turned off, so does your phone.
If the power goes out, so does your phone.
Customer service will tell you to reset you box over and over again until you demand support.

Pros...
Cheap
Reliable when the cable and power is on.
You can listen to your VM online.
You can modify your phone features online.
You can call overseas for free.

Our phone had problems for two months before it was finally fixed. I can't think of anything else.
