Suddenly pictures are squished

1st image I put in the gallery was perfect. It was a 400x560 of my dog.

I can't imagine what happened. Suddenly any picture I upload (small ones like 300x400 is squished to 30x350 so it looks long, narrow and squished.

I didn't touch any setting. Could someone tell me how to fix this please. Thank you.

Hello and thank you. I made an account user:test pass:test

This is a new site due to the fact that the present site is an old forum which cannot be upgraded. The new site in question is http://gk43forum.com where you can log in and see whats up. The old site with about 2000 members which is very active is here http://glockandload.com

Unfortunately I cannot carry over members or the DB so when I change everyone will ave to rejoin.

If you look at the test pic of the dog it looks normal... but the car pic does not look normal and they are both about the same width and length
