there is your answer-they keep cutting the money going to schools to divert it to war and prisons.the federal debt was $0 and there was a surplus of money when 'ol George took office,now our debt has reached almost a trillion dollars.I don't think I need to say any more ;) .

lol....i took my share of it....the administration enacted 2 unemployment extensions.....which let me sit on my ass for a year and almost 4 months :D
