I must be loosing my Mind..

I just upgraded to 10.0 RC2
I reverted the Templates..
And now I see nothing for changing the
Permissions for Groups for VBpic..

Has anyone else seen this?

Yup I was..
I reuploaded the files and it fixed the problem..
