I remember the fateful day. It really sacred me. I went and got my kids outta school.

I doubt I'll ever forget the sight ot the towers coming down as I worked in the North Tower until 1989.

God bless all those that we lost.

I know that I'll never forget when it happened. At the time I was still working night shift the night before. I got off work at 6am that fateful morning and was in bed before 7. I remember waking up around 2pm that day and what I saw on the television was surreal. At first I really thought I was watching a movie because the TV was on while i slept so I was groggy and didnt realize exactly what was going on. I actually wasnt paying much attention and the phone rang. It was a friend on the other end asking me if i had seen what had happened in NYC. It was at this very moment that I knew it was real!

Anyway....I was shocked to say the least...as I'm sure most all other Americans were too that day. I can still remember seeing people leaping to their deaths on National Television.

I hope that we never have to face a tragedy such as this ever again!

I remeber I was driving to a client's office for a meeting when the first plane hit. I almost drove off the road when I heard, in fact I remeber quite a few cars around me doing the same. We managed to go and have the meeting anyway, but not much was done.. they had a small radio in the corner, and we were all mentally tuned into what was being said. It wasn't untill i got home later that day (closed the office early) when I saw the pictures and the full impact of the event hit me.

I will never forget that day, and I doubt anyone else will either.

We can only hope that all people see this as a huge human tragedy and we should all lay down our arms and live in peace.
