ive got a problem with my g/f printer its a lexmark z12 and it runs on her compaq evo, she has windows xp. First it was crinkleing the paper now it just says communication problem between computer and printer, ive tried changeing printers and following the steps it says to follow but nothing. Help is much appreciated we are college students and value are printer as much as our teeth.
