slow scroll?

I changed the screen resolution because everything was really big. But now when I scoll down on websites it's slow to respond...what did I do and can I fix it without making the resolution bigger??

If all you did was increase you resolution then you may not have enough Ram to optimise your settings or depending upon what Operating system you are using you may be able to allocate more memory space to your video
