I have a PC that has a hard drive connected to the motherboard and a separate connection with a separate cable for the CD-Rom drive so both are considered master. I unhooked the CD-Rom drive and connected a hard drive to it and then I boot up my PC. The bios sees the hard drive but once the first hard drive boots into an OS you can't get to the second hard drive. both have windows 2000. Both drives have the jumper set as master because they are on separate cables. Is there anything i can do to see both drives

Thank in advance

First off the Hard Drive and CD are not both really Masters You can set the bios to boot from the CD,Floppy ,DVD,Aux Drive , etc but to read both Hard Drives you will probablly have to set one as a Slave however if you have a fairly NEW Computer and MOBO there are other ways see hereHard Drive Hints (http://www.5starsupport.com/tutorial/hdrive.htm)
