Help with DirectX

I have a prob to install DirectX 9.0c, i currently have 9.0b

whenever i try to install it i will jump to the complete page without having the loading bar..and when i check it is still at the same version. Is there anything i can do to solve it?

You may have to uninstall the previous version and then install what you want and 10 is out anyway...
