If you have a video of a man preaching on the computer how can you turn the files to make it a dvd to play on T.V.?

you will need a 3rd party program like DVD Express or such to create a VCD or DVD. Of course for a DVD you will need a DVD burner....or for VCD just a CDR-RW drive.
