Can anyone tell me what the problem is? I cannot click on a link in email and go to that site. I either have to copy and paste the link and sometimes that does not work or there is no link to copy and paste. Please HELP!

Are you running a popup blocker? If so, try holding the CTRL key down while clicking on the link.

I would think that their e-mail prog. is blocking the links and would need to be reconfigured to allow url's. What e-mail client, program, are you using???

Thanks for replying, and if I'm understanding you correctly, I'm using Comcast. Comcast is my email provider. I'm using Outlook Express.

I had to make Internet Explorer my default browser. This problem has been perplexing me for months......stupid me!
