Studio MX 2004, Which Version?

Hi

I want to buy Studio MX 2004 but there are lots of different versions and I don't know which one to get

on amazon.co.uk there is a student version of the product but at this time I'm not a student but I will probably be going back to college sometime soon though, then there is the education version and then there is the commercial version (the most expensive)

Every version is the same but they all have different end time user agreements, so the education you can only use in schools and stuff but I don't know what the student version user agreement is

I just want to remake my website and upload it my the server, but I don't really want to pay the amount for the commercial version of the product, also my website isn’t used for a business or makes any kind of profit

They will all do the same thing. For the student version you may have to prove your a student to buy it. The software itself doesn't care what computer it's setup on. Call amazon and see what the terms are. I don't really know what to tell you. It's your call. I see it this way. If you can buy it from a reputible company (like amazon) then that's what I would do.

Try out some of the freeware that will probably do exactly what you need it to...and for free!

However, remember if you do get the student version, and you're not a student, then you are in violation of the EULA and the software is illegal. Herein lies the rub.
